4. West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (WBSEDCL) Mandate of the project was to construct 150 Nos. Multi-Purpose Cyclone Shelters (MPCS) in the coastal districts of West Bengal viz South 24 Parganas, North 24 Parganas & Purba Medinipur. The distribution of MPCS in three different districts is tabulated below:
